Our family has four of these magnificent creatures, Zoe, Deezel,
Dudley, and Samantha. We had three Rottweilers but when two of our Rotties passed onto Rainbow Bridge, we decided to start a Labby house because there was less fear with our neighbors. We have since learned of many Lab Rescues around the country, but unfortunately, there are none here in Louisiana. There are many organizations that help rescued and abandoned Labs. Labrador
Retrievers are dogs which were breed in England for hunting. Labs are generally
great swimmers because of their webbed feet which make them a natural water
dog. Labs come in three different flavors: Milk Chocolate (Chocolate), Vanilla
(Yellow) and Dark Chocolate (Black). The black Lab is the most popular.
